ICICI Prudential MF has filed an offer document for ICICI Prudential Interval Fund II. This is debt oriented interval scheme.
The scheme offers two plans - Quarterly Interval Plan (90 days) and Half Yearly Interval Plan-180 days.
For the retail plan, the minimum amount to be invested is Rs 5000 and in multiples of Re 1 thereafter. For institutional plan the minimum investment amount is Rs.2 crores and in multiples of Re.1 thereafter. For both plans minimum additional application amount is Rs. 1000 and in multiples of Re.1 thereafter.
The investment objective of the scheme is to generate optimal returns consistent with moderate level of risk and liquidity by investing in debt securities and money market securities.
