Share prices of Nestle India went up by 4.81% to Rs. 1637.90 reported at BSE at 10.06 a.m. on 1 November 2007 against previous day close of Rs. 1562.75.
Magnum SFU - FMCG Fund is likely to gain as it has the highest percentage hold of the stocks of the company compared to its peer groups who have invested in the stocks of the company. Magnum SFU - FMCG Fund has 13.80% of its total portfolio size invested in the stocks of the company as on 30 September 2007. The scheme holds 9,462 units of the company in September 2007 compared to its peer groups who have invested in the stocks of the company.
It is followed by Franklin FMCG Fund - (G) (9.98% of its portfolio), Principal Resurgent India Equity Fund (G) (4.89%) as on September 2007.
Lotus India Contra Fund (G) was holding 37,529 units on 31 August 2007, has sold its 10,437 units to 27,092 shares as on 30 September 2007 and thus less likely to gain. DSP ML Equity Fund (D) was holding 2.76 lakh units on 31 August 2007 has sold its 31,020 units to 2.45 lakh shares as on 30 September 2007 and thus less likely to benefit.
