Principal PNB MF registers an offer document

Principal PNB MF plans to unleash Principal PNB Fixed Maturity Fund-460 Days - Series IV and it is a close-ended debt scheme with 460 days maturity. The investment objective of the Scheme is to build an income-oriented portfolio and provide returns along with regular liquidity to investors. This close-ended bond scheme has two plans i.e. regular & institutional plans. The Scheme offers growth option and dividend option under each plan. The Dividend Option under both Plans will have the facility of payout and sweep. The scheme will invest 0-100% of its portfolio in debt securities including investment in securitised debt up to the extent of 100% of the net assets of the scheme and money market instruments. The scheme may invest up to 100% of the net assets of the scheme in government securities. The scheme will not invest in foreign debt instruments including foreign securitised debt.
