Birla Sun Life MF Files Offer Document

Birla Mutual Fund has filed an offer document for series of Birla Sun Life Interval Fund. Birla Sun Life Monthly Interval Fund will have two series i.e. series A and series B with time duration of about 29 to 33 days. Birla Sun life Quarterly Interval Fund will have four series i.e. from Series 11 to 14 with a tenor of about 89 to 100 days.

Both the schemes will offer dividend option and growth option. The dividend option would have payout facility & reinvestment facility. The default option is dividend payout facility.

The minimum application amount for both the fund is Rs. 5,000 and in multiple of Re 1 thereafter.

The investment objective for both the schemes is to generate regular income through investments in debt and money market instruments.

Entry Load: Nil

Exit Load: 0.50% for the redemption made during the period other than specified transaction period.

The mutual fund seeks to raise a minimum subscription amount of Rs.10, 00,000 during the NFO period.

The Benchmark Index for the scheme would be Crisil Liquid Fund Index.

Mr. Satyabrata Mohanty would manage the schemes.
